Accounting:

  • Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in preparing budgets.

Accounts Payable:

  • Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Make payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Other Tasks:

  • Assist with special accounting projects as needed.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Comply with company accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or

equivalent experience.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts

payable, or a related accounting role.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
