- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and experience.
- Organize and conduct preliminary interviews and recommend shortlisted candidates.
Candidate Experience Management:
- Manage and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
Reporting & Metrics:
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
