Amazon Specialist

Tasks:

  • Create and manage product listings on Amazon, including SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, customer reviews, and ratings to identify areas for improvement and optimize listings.
  • Stay updated with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Implement and oversee Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP.
  • Use Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central to manage all aspects of the Amazon business.
  • Develop strategies to increase product visibility and improve sales performance on the platform.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Utilize Amazon’s analytics tools to track sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Engage with customers, manage feedback, and handle any issues that arise to maintain a positive seller rating.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as suppliers and logistics providers.

Amazon Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist or similar role managing an Amazon Seller or Vendor account.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, algorithms, and best practices for sellers.
  • Experience with Amazon advertising tools and strategies.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting with an ability to interpret sales metrics.
  • Solid grasp of SEO principles and practices as they relate to Amazon.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • High level of organization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and negotiate with external partners.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain processes, and how they relate to Amazon sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
