Client Specialist

Tasks:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Provide product and service information with a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the client's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Keep records of client interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback to improve the client experience.
  • Educate clients on how products or services can beneficially impact their business.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.

Client Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Client Specialist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
