Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Provide product and service information with a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the client's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient in verbal and written English.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
