Community Manager

Tasks:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Monitor and moderate online and offline conversations within the community to promote brand values and foster positive engagement.
Organize and participate in community events to build brand presence and strengthen community ties.
Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms and community forums.
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
Gather community feedback to inform sales and product teams.
Analyze community engagement data to identify trends and insights for improvement.
Advocate for the community internally and communicate community needs to relevant departments.

Community Manager

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series).
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation.
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
Attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Empathy and the ability to connect with various types of communities.
