Community Manager

Tasks:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and moderate online and offline conversations within the community to promote brand values and foster positive engagement.
  • Organize and participate in community events to build brand presence and strengthen community ties.
  • Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms and community forums.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
  • Gather community feedback to inform sales and product teams.
  • Analyze community engagement data to identify trends and insights for improvement.
  • Advocate for the community internally and communicate community needs to relevant departments.

Community Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series).
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Empathy and the ability to connect with various types of communities.
