Construction Admin

Tasks:

  • Oversee administrative operations related to construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and communicate between various parties involved in the construction process, including contractors, architects, and clients.
  • Manage and organize project-related paperwork, such as contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements.
  • Maintain project calendars and schedules to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of building permits and other regulatory documents.
  • Monitor budgetary aspects of construction projects, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Order and manage the delivery of materials and equipment needed on-site.
  • Compile and submit project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes in all administrative aspects.
  • Handle day-to-day problem solving and resolution of project-related administrative issues.

Construction Admin

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, practices, and project management processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
