Job Description
Customer Support Rep
Tasks:
Address customer inquiries and issues over the phone, via email, or through live chat.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements based on results.
Customer Support Rep
Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
