Job Description

Quote Coordinator

Tasks:

Liaise with sales teams and clients to gather detailed information to prepare accurate quotes.
Coordinate with various departments including sales, production, and logistics to compile all necessary data for quote preparation.
Assess and analyze client specifications and requirements against company capabilities.
Ensure quotes are prepared and delivered to clients within set deadlines.
Revise quotes as necessary based on client feedback or changes in specifications.
Maintain accurate records of quotes for reporting and future reference.
Monitor and report on the status of quotes to management and relevant stakeholders.
Update pricing databases and systems with the most recent and accurate information.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to quotes.
Follow up with clients to obtain feedback and improve the quoting process.

Quote Coordinator

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a quote coordinator or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office, with particular strength in Excel.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, and quoting software.
Ability to understand technical language and requirements.
Good negotiation and customer service skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work with multiple departments.
Educational background in business administration, finance, or relevant field.
