Job Description
Executive Assistant
Tasks:
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing files.
Act as the point of contact between executives and employees or other stakeholders.
Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents.
Manage and organize meetings, including agenda preparation, attendee coordination, and minute-taking.
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and expense reports.
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software to perform tasks.
Executive Assistant
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other secretarial positions.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, as well as software tools like CRMs and project management platforms.
Proficiency in English; exemplary planning and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High level of discretion and confidentiality for both business and personal affairs.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; additional qualifications as a personal assistant or secretary are a plus.
