Lead Qualifier

Tasks:

  • Contact potential clients to gauge interest and qualify leads through calls, emails, or social media interactions.
  • Evaluate lead quality based on predefined criteria, such as budget, timeline, needs, and decision-making process.
  • Document interactions, lead status updates, and qualification notes in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further development and closure.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and value propositions to communicate effectively with leads.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and other sources.
  • Use various lead generation tools and software to streamline the qualification process.
  • Conduct initial needs analysis to identify customer pain points or requirements.
  • Set appointments for sales representatives when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates to ensure accurate representation to potential clients.

Lead Qualifier

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role focusing on lead qualification.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in persuasive speaking and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead qualification tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to quickly assess customer needs and interest level.
  • Sales acumen and an understanding of sales cycles and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Persistence and a positive attitude in reaching out to numerous prospects daily.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Training in sales or marketing is a plus, showcasing a commitment to understanding the craft of qualifying leads.
