Live Chat Agent
Tasks:
Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat platforms.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Guide customers through troubleshooting processes or service information.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services, where appropriate.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Live Chat Agent
Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, particularly in a live chat or high-volume interaction environment.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to type quickly and accurately.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Familiarity with various chat platforms (Intercom, LiveChat, Zendesk Chat, etc.).
Proficiency in English, additional language is a plus.
