Marketing Assistant

Tasks:

Assist in the organization and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.
Update and maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
Support social media and web content management, ensuring all content is up to date and engaging.
Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
Analyze data from marketing campaigns to help shape future marketing strategies.
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
Prepare detailed reports on marketing metrics, including ROI and KPIs.
Assist in the management of website SEO and Google Analytics.

Marketing Assistant

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a marketing assistant or in a similar role.
Good understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
Working knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field is a strong advantage.
A certification in marketing, like a CIM certificate, could be beneficial.
