Marketing Designer

Tasks:

  • Develop and implement visual design strategies to enhance marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, print ads, and email marketing.
  • Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for promotional materials, including brochures, posters, banners, emails, and logos.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Utilize graphic design software to produce high-quality images and videos tailored for specific marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the aesthetic branding of the company to ensure consistency in all marketing efforts.
  • Test graphics across various media platforms and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive designs that reflect the company's brand and customer's needs.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to apply in marketing design tasks.
  • Assist in the selection and editing of photos for marketing use.
  • Ensure that all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings.

Marketing Designer

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Experience creating marketing materials and an understanding of branding.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
  • Experience with both print and digital media.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Time management and project coordination skills to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is often required.
