Operations Assistant

Tasks:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Provide administrative support to operations staff.
  • Update and maintain operation procedures and documentation.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the operations team.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and assist in the ordering process.
  • Compile and process operation-related reports and forms.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints when necessary.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with inter-departmental protocols.
  • Assist in the management of operational budgets and expenses.
  • Support the management with operational issues and the implementation of new directives for service enhancement.

Operations Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an operations assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of business management and operations.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
