Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.
Report to and assist Chief Operating Officer in setting strategic goals and operational policies.
Plan, schedule, and review workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.
Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of operations.
Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
Develop and implement comprehensive reporting procedures to facilitate decision-making.
Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Experience budgeting and forecasting.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Leadership ability with outstanding organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Adept at working with information technology and proficiency in software such as MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a relevant field.
A certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant field is a plus.
