Product Manager

Tasks:

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Define product pricing and positioning strategies.
Deliver a product development plan with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
Act as a leader within the company regarding the product and its features.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage product launches and updates.

Product Manager

Qualifications:

Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Experience in product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with agile/Scrum software development processes.
