Property Manager

Tasks:

Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate properties, ensuring the operational aspects of the property are fully functional.
Perform regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and aesthetic standards are met.
Coordinate repairs and renovations as necessary to maintain property value and accommodate tenant needs.
Manage tenant relations, including addressing complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, and handling lease negotiations and renewals.
Collect rent, manage budget expenses, and analyze property performance against financial goals.
Screen and select new tenants, ensuring a reliable and solvent occupancy for the property.
Ensure compliance with property regulations, rental laws, and association guidelines.
Market properties to prospective tenants through advertising, property showings, and networking.
Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site employees for services and repairs.

Property Manager

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management.
Competency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi).
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for customer service.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Real estate license or professional accreditation in property management is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
