Property Manager

Tasks:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate properties, ensuring the operational aspects of the property are fully functional.
  • Perform regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and aesthetic standards are met.
  • Coordinate repairs and renovations as necessary to maintain property value and accommodate tenant needs.
  • Manage tenant relations, including addressing complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, and handling lease negotiations and renewals.
  • Collect rent, manage budget expenses, and analyze property performance against financial goals.
  • Screen and select new tenants, ensuring a reliable and solvent occupancy for the property.
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations, rental laws, and association guidelines.
  • Market properties to prospective tenants through advertising, property showings, and networking.
  • Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site employees for services and repairs.

Property Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
  • In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management.
  • Competency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Real estate license or professional accreditation in property management is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
