UX/UI Designer

Tasks:

Understand product specifications and user psychology to create user-centered designs.
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
Create personas through user research and data.
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
Solve UX problems, such as usability or findability, using creative approaches.
Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into design.
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to anticipate design needs.

UX/UI Designer

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing UX design expertise.
Proficient in design software (e.g., UXPin, Balsamiq).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
Problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skills.
Analytical mind with a business acumen.
Excellent communication skills.
BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
Ability to work in a team and to communicate design decisions clearly.
